This coffee was produced on a 4 hectare estate called Finca Las Palmas in the southern Huila village of Laureles. This Gesha micro-lot was given a short fermentation “in cherry” period in order to boost acidity and sweetness.

Huila is a long narrow valley between two rugged parallel mountain ranges (cordilleras) in the Andes. Its elevation is high with a diverse & unique micro-climate and warm sub-tropical forests. Finca Las Palmas is a small farm with five employees during the coffee cherry harvest.
