Viviana Aparecida owns a 7 hectare farm which is small on a global scale. Saco de Onca is situated on a sloping hillside, with shade trees interspersed between coffee bushes. Viviana primarily grows a varietal of coffee known as Catuaí, which is a cross between Mundo Novo and Caturra and known for its high production yield.
